Designed from Original Italian Type
( i ) MODEL OP/190 : Tiles Making up to 12" x 12" Complete steel body and steel central screw along with Stand and Pressure Valve box.
( ii ) MODEL OPE/190 : Tiles Making up to 16" x 16" Tested up to the pressure of 4000 lbs per sq inch and workable on the pressure between 2000 and 2600 lbs, per sq inch.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY : Along with 1000 to1200 of 10"x10" Tiles in 8 hours working.
NOTE : Press available with heavy Pressure Capacity for making Tiles. 10" x 10" to 24" x 24" .

diameter of Disc 6' of on which 44 tiles of 8" (or 24 tiles of 10" X 10") can be polished at a time working on special heavy thrust bearings & Oil bath Chember.
Centra shafts : In steel with Bush in hard Gun-metal brass. Cone adjustable type. Working by means of steel level gears, accurately machine mild closed in tank into the machine frame. For resurfacing the disc, automatic apparatus are provided in machine itself. For speed reduction and automatic advancement of re-surfacing apparatus Gears Of steel also provided.
Drive Electic motor : 3phase, 5 H.P. Of 1500 R.P.M. Recommended revolutions of disc.... 100 per minuti. Mtor Pulley 51/2" Deameter B Section 3 Groove

IDEAL SPEED : 38 to 42 RPM
